Desserts do not normally have a high profile on an Asian menu, when fresh fruit is so
abundant, it would therefore be the usual choice after a meal.
However we at fusion are not ashamed to admit to our sweet tooth!
We have decided to take some firm dessert
favourites and add an Asian twist!

Apple and Coconut Crumble
Warm apple crumble with a hint of cinnamon topped with a crunchy
crumble and coconut topping. Served with vanilla Ice-cream or Whipped Cream

Pisang Goreng
Deliciously simple deep fried bananas sprinkled with lime zest and sugar.
Served with vanilla ice-cream

Fusion Chocolate fondue- min 2 persons
Just think sweet fresh fruit and warm melting chocolate with a dash of brandy …delicious
