Succulent marinated strips of chicken cooked in Fusion’s Thai green curry that is prepared using our own green curry paste blended with creamy coconut milk.

Beef Rendang
(Rendang Sampi, Indonesia)
Not as liquid as a Thai curry, but just a hot, this Indonesian dish is prepared using beef braised in a wonderful blend
of Indonesian spices and slow cooked in coconut milk.

Sri Lankan Seafood Curry

Seafood curry is a great favourite of Sri Lankans This is a fragrant curry rather than hot.
It is crammed full of fresh fish and tiger prawns.
